Community Templates

Community templates are published by practitioners and available to everyone on TallyFlex. Share what works for you and discover what works for others.


Publish a Template

Share a target or program with the TallyFlex community.

Step 1 - Save to Community

  • Open any target or program
  • Tap the three-dot menu > Save as Template
  • Toggle Publish to Community on
  • Add a clear name and description
  • Select the skill domain

Step 2 - PHI Attestation

Before publishing, confirm that your template does not contain PHI and is appropriate for community sharing.

Step 3 - Auto-Moderation

TallyFlex automatically scans your template before publishing. The system checks for:

  • PHI patterns - SSNs, phone numbers, dates of birth, email addresses, possessive names (e.g., “John’s”), age references, birth years

Moderation Status

StatusMeaning
ApprovedVisible to everyone in the Community tier
Pending ReviewFlagged for manual review - only visible to the author

Templates that pass auto-moderation are approved immediately. Flagged templates are reviewed by the TallyFlex team.


Rate Templates

Help other practitioners find quality content. Tap the star rating on any community template to rate it from 1-5 stars.

  • Ratings require a Solo or Teams plan
  • One rating per person per template
  • Average ratings update automatically
  • Templates are sorted by download count

Report Inappropriate Content

Tap the flag icon on any community template to report it. Report reasons include PHI concern, clinically inaccurate, inappropriate, or duplicate. PHI reports immediately hide the template pending review. Other report types notify the TallyFlex team but the template stays visible until reviewed.
