Set up a client or student profile in 3 minutes. Add behaviors, skills, and recording methods.

Create a Student

The student creation wizard walks you through setup in one flow.

Step 1 - Student Details

  • Tap the + button
  • Enter student name (e.g., “Mia”)
  • Pick a color for quick identification
  • Tap Next

Add Behaviors or Skills (Optional)

Step 2 - Add Behaviors or Skills

You can add behaviors or skills now or skip this step and add them later.

To add a behavior or skill:

  • Tap Add Behavior
  • Name: Enter the target name (e.g., “Eye Contact”)
  • Abbreviation: Short code that appears during sessions (e.g., “EC” or “ECO”)
  • Color: Choose a color for quick visual identification
  • Recording Method: Select how you’ll track this target:
    • Frequency - Count each occurrence (tap to count)
    • Duration - Track how long behavior lasts
    • Latency - Measure time from prompt to response
    • Percent Correct - Track correct vs. incorrect trials
    • Partial Interval - Record if behavior occurred at any point in interval
    • Whole Interval - Record only if behavior occurred throughout entire interval
  • Category: Choose the type of target:
    • Skill Acquisition - Teaching new skills or behaviors
    • Behavior Reduction - Reducing problem behaviors
  • Goal: Choose Increase or Decrease
  • Functions (optional): Select behavioral functions (Attention, Escape, Sensory, Tangibles)
  • Tap Save to add this target

You can add multiple behaviors or skills by repeating this process.

Review and Create

Step 3 - Finalize Student Profile

  • Review student details, behaviors, and skills
  • Tap Create Student to finish

Your student profile is now ready for data collection!

This is a basic setup. You can enhance your behaviors and skills later by adding full descriptions, mastery criteria and Short-Term Objectives (STOs) from the student’s profile. You can also add, edit, or remove behaviors and skills anytime.
