Session setting
Keep service setting with the session data
When services happen across clinic, home, school, or community settings, the service setting can matter during collection and review. TallyFlex keeps that setting with the session record so staff can collect relevant targets and supervisors can compare setting and staff patterns during graph review.
Use built-in settings or client-specific settings, then carry the selected setting into sessions, graph comparisons, and reports.

Compare setting lines to review generalization. Teams can also compare staff when more than one staff member has data.
Workflow
From service setting to review
Observation Settings connect setup, collection, graphs, and reports so setting and staff patterns can be reviewed without reconstructing the session context later.
Start from the built-in settings, then set personal defaults on Solo or shared team defaults on Teams.
Adjust the setting list for one client when that client has a unique service setting.
Choose a setting before starting a session, or use the setting from a scheduled appointment.
Compare session graphs by setting or staff to review whether data generalizes across environments or varies by setting or staff. Use report filters when you need a setting-specific export.
Why it matters
Designed for data you can actually review
Choose the service setting
Select a setting before a standalone session starts, or use the setting already attached to the appointment.
Show the targets that apply
Keep behaviors and skills available everywhere, or limit them to the settings where they should be collected.
Review generalization
Plot session data by setting or staff to look for generalization across environments or differences that need follow-up.

What is an observation setting?
An observation setting is the service setting for a session, such as Center, Home, School, Community, Other, or a custom setting like Clinic.
Can graphs compare settings and staff?
Yes. When a graph shows individual sessions, TallyFlex can group the graph by setting. Teams can also show staff comparison when more than one staff member has data for that behavior or skill.
Can reports be filtered by setting?
Yes. Generate Report can include all settings or focus on one selected setting, with an option to include sessions that have no setting.
Keep the workflow connected
TallyFlex keeps setup, collection, review, and reporting in the same working path.
